(April 14, 2018, 2:10 pm)Just arrived from the US, and took my first seaplane ride. When they found out, they let me sit up front in the copilot seat! The experience of seeing the pilot go through his routine, explain to me some of what is involved in his work, and seeing the Island for the first time from the air was amazing.
Very friendly, very helpful, and an affordable service. They're also running an unbelievable special April 2018, so I'm able to spend some time with a friend from the Island there and in Van.
(October 16, 2017, 5:39 am)fantastic trip! It was my first time so I was lucky enough to sit on the co-pilot seat, which made the trip superb. There's tea and coffee at the waiting room. The reception was very friendly, and the pilot taught me so much during the short flight!
(September 6, 2017, 6:19 am)They left a message on my phone saying they had accidentally dropped a personalized cake that we were transporting from Richmond to Nanaimo. By the time I called them back they had gone and contacted the bakery and ordered a new one for us at their own expense. The cake made it in time for dinner.
