She was one of the few SLPs I called who actually returned my phone call and really took the time to understand my son's speech needs and answered all my questions regarding her service on the phone. She read all my son's diagnosis reports and had my son's favourite toys ready for our first session. My son was able to engage with her on his first session! She is a goal getter and is very creative in blending her goals into the play. She is very good with my son's behaviour too. It was such an enjoyment going to her session and see my son learning. I cannot thank her enough for her professionalism, effective teaching method and honest opinions regarding my son's speech.
