Very pleasant staff, easy to deal with. Most reasonable rates I could find in Richmond by far.

This is a great UHaul location that really knows what they're doing. The truck was ready at the scheduled time and despite software issues that morning, Debbie quickly had me on my way. Warning though parking is limited on site and is only good until 7PM and your car will be towed so it's best to start your move early.

Great location to pick up a truck from. The staff are quite helpful and welcoming. Note the parking lot is very small, so truck return can be challenging if you're not comfortable driving bigger vehicles.
