(January 2, 2019, 5:15 am)FYI, I once had an interview with manager from Burnaby location and didn't get a position there. Anyways, Wireless Etc seemed to offer good plans as my sister had a good experience. Back then she got Costco giftcard at that time, and now they give Costco cash card for sweet deals.
I like shopping at Costco and I felt sure about getting good deals. I got to talk to Kyle first about promo plans; he gave me options to choose S9 or Huawei P20. He said S9 has better market value to resell them. Also I chose this place for the cash card and 5gb plan. This store in general is SO busy as Richmond Costco is the busiest Costco in Vancouver. I had to wait in line for 20 minutes or so, but waiting was worth it.
I came back 20-30 mins back in line to talk to Ramir (he's the manager there) and he was friendly and funny. After signing up I got free car charger, cash card (to pay $200 worth of warranty) and then bought S9 skin. There isn't much variety of colours (for phones) and cases which are the downsides of Costco cell phone stores. Phone cases tends to be more expensive here in my personal opinion. Staff were helpful even during the busy times. They were friendly and courteous. There is 15 days for exchange on cell phones.
