I love that they have all kinds of punching bags and an octagon/boxing rings! One of the best gyms I've been to, only thing is its kind of far but other than that its awesome, wish it was open 24hrs! -

I am the head coach there and if you are looking to try something different and get results. Please come and try boxing beginners to pro athletes welcome.

I was in pretty awful shape when I started here, and now I've never felt better. So much space, 25,000+ square feet. Boxing rings, and the cleanest, newest equipment I've ever worked out with. This is the best place, a hidden gem. So glad I discovered this place. -
