Top notch customer service. This dealership has all the right staff.
I brought my SUV to other dealership in the past 3 years and each visit I mention a noise coming from the brake pedal. Everytime they told me "it's normal". Until i tried Jonker. The rep I dealt with was patient, listened to all my concerns with professional manner. And most importantly. The fixed my problem on my first visit without charging me!
Jonker has definitely won my business since then. Now i bring my 2 cars to then for service. Not even looking back to the Richmond dealership anymore.
