(October 7, 2019, 6:15 am)The building units are renovated and clean, but I believe the price for the units are unreasonable. Because the building was built in 1963 and when you apply for tenant insurance you have to pay extra. We didn't have other choice so that we chose to accept the rent. Walls and ceilings are not sound proof so if a neighbour sneezes you can easily hear. Even when upper unit opens the water tap in kitchen you can hear that. The place has a nice outdoor swimming pool but it just makes a good view. Because practically only 3 months a year you can use it. I hope some day Vancouver's rent prices will become more affordable.
