  I have used Ryan to sell and buy multiple listing of mine and now I recommend him to everyone I know! His level of professionalism in a fun engaging way makes you feel very comfortable and confident with your decisions with no pressure:) I have worked with other realtors In the past but I find Ryan has a more current modern way of doing business. This in turn makes it so much easier for you and allows your property to get the best market exposure possible.   Ryan Kubesak, and his team of Dominic and Adrian, were impecable. I worked closely with my 80 year old mother to sell her home of 25 plus years and then purchase a condo for her to down size to. I can't express how gentle thoughtful and kind they all were. We got what we were askin, The ex tyan purchase of her home and made made my mother fell as stress free as possible,they helped find an incredible rarte. The entire team of adrina, ruam amd Doefp and were ther were sosloe availaike available for emotional and business support. I would reccomend everyperson on this team.   As a first time home buyer, I feel incredibly lucky to have had Ryan guide me through the process. He is very professional and prompt with his communications. He took the time to truly understand what I was looking for and then find the best options the market could offer me. I had lots of questions and he always made sure they were fully answered so that I could feel confident. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone who wants a realtor they can trust.

  I was very fortunate to make the choice to hire Ryan to both 1. sell my previous place and 2. help me buy my new condo.
  Aside from his impeccable professionalism, extensive knowledge of the market and ability to really understand what I was looking for, I believe it was Ryan's "i really care" attitude that made me enjoy having him a realtor the most. Ryan made it clear since day one that he was there to help me sell for the price that made sense and I felt comfortable with and also help me find the home that 1. I loved and 2. I would be able to re-sell in the future. I never felt pressured to make a decision. In fact, Ryan was so honest that he would tell me exactly what he thought given his expertise even if that meant he was not going to make a commission as quickly.   I have worked with Ryan on two purchases and one sale. He is the most responsive Realtor I have worked with. Ryan is professional, detail oriented, proactive, and thorough. He just recently secured a purchase for us ahead of the competition, and negotiated an excellent deal. I recommend Ryan wholeheartedly and without hesitation.
