They are finely tuned to the needs of their customers which is a rare thing in Canada where the prevailing attitude is that people could not care less. We hired a car for a month touring in BC. It was one of the few companies that could guarantee winter tires. Strange but true given that snow is hardly a rare event in the province. Do yourself a favor and use these guys.
