Spa Utopia Health and Wellness Center

So. Good. This was my first massage in ten years and was great!

I get the Medical Facial and Back Zone Care here it’s made such a huge improvement for my acne prone skin. I’ve tried quite a few mid range and then more expensive acne facials around Vancouver but have finally found the right one for me. It’s also the only facial I’ve ever gotten that my skin looks immediately better afterwards, it doesn’t have to get worse before it gets better when I go here.

Also amazing customer service. I was accidentally overpaying for a package combo I ordered and once I realized and brought it to their attention they backtracked and sorted out all the details and credited my account for the next appointment. It’s so nice to not have to do that work yourself or the onus isn’t on you to prove it or figure it out.

I’ve been back in Phase 2 of Restarting since COVID and I was comfortable with their measures in place and sanitation. It’s always a pristine beautiful place to go for my skin and relaxation.

The Fabulous Spa Utopia is open again. Beautiful Diane & Beverly have worked hard to make it safe for us to keep getting sumptuous massage & treatments from their Top professional therapists.

I had a 50 min Swedish relaxation massage this past weekend, and Saliha was absolutely amazing! By far the most relaxing massage I have ever had! She was so warm, welcoming and attentive and I would highly recommend her services to anyone visiting this spa. The staff at the spa were all really nice and the spa was clean.

That being said, as enjoyable as the actual service was, the spa itself is very under-whelming. The robes are old and very stiff, mine was actually fraying in several areas! The relaxation lounge is very dated - I am almost certain it looks exactly the same from the first time I visited this establishment nearly 10 years ago! Given how expensive their services are, our group was expecting the venue itself to be much nicer in terms of decor and ambiance. Overall, a great massage in a sub-par atmosphere.

All the people working here are great! The spa was kept clean and welcoming. I had the Royal massage 100min treatment. It was very relaxing. You are encouraged to use the dry steam room or relax and have a tea and snacks while waiting for you treatment and the a glass of wine afterward. The only downside I see here was the fee to use the pool and hot tub as they are not a part of spa utopia but belong to the hotel. Also the site mentioned that the opening hours are 10am when at 930 you are able to relax and enjoy before your treatment. All in all a good experience but could have been better.
