(February 24, 2019, 7:57 pm)Love the drinks here! The grass jelly is made in house and it's fantastic. Love that they give you the sugar and ice level options. While they got on board with the brown sugar pearls with milk hype, I don't think it's better than its signature pearl milk tea. Tried it at a few different places now and was disappointed with all of them, but don't let that deter you from coming here for their wide selection of other drinks!

(February 16, 2019, 2:13 am)The pearls are not cooked consistently, the brown sugar milk tea is not very good, taste more like molasses than brown sugar. just stick to the grass jelly roasted milk tea.

And I love that they're going with time, accepting mobile orders.

Tiramisu, hazelnut, green tea, lemon yogurt slush, cookie, grapefruit... they are all delicious! So many options - I especially appreciate the options to select how much ice / sugar you want.
Could be in here everyday. If it wasn't for the fact they don't open until noon, I'd give up my morning coffee for their tea!
