It is much better now, assuming under new management.
The produces are fresher, neatly organized and display and a good selection too.
I stop there first before heading to T and T.

Market mostly consists a wide range of fruits & veggies, somewhat comparable to T&T's quality of fresh produce. Offers a few of other decent merchandise such as meat/deli & seafood.

If you're looking to buy other goods such as more over in the grocery basics, kitchen, ready cooked foods, etc. You rather just head to the T&T Supermarket to shop at - it's really not that far people, just a floor below and a couple of steps far back.

Good selection of fresh fruits and veggies. Limited selection of seafood. Compared to the T&T downstairs, it offers competitive pricing.
