She would pick us up and take us to all these open houses till we found the right place to call our new home.
She would help in any way possible, even by putting her own life aside to help us.

She backed that up with knowledge and follow through. From visiting me with coffee and encouragement during a self directed-reno to selling with multiple offers beyond my asking for just over the secret price I hoped for. If I could say one thing about Karin that made me feel comfortable working with her, besides how happy she always is, it would be 'trust'. Initially I felt like she was trustworthy while helping me look for my first unit to buy, but trust is something that is earned and proven over time. I can honestly say after 5 years of working with Karin, buying two units with her, and starting my small real estate portfolio that she has proven and earned my trust. No matter the size of the unit or detached home you are looking for she is someone you can have an honest, open, and trusting conversation with about your real estate goals. She is simply the best!!!
