My VW Golf R got backed into while it was parked at a meter, so the bumper needed to be sanded and resprayed. Dealing with James was a perfect experience through and through. He organized getting my rental car from Enterprise down the street (which my insurance covered) and even dropped me off at the Enterprise office. The car was ready within the 3 days he promised and he went above and beyond to fix a few rock chips in the bumper as well! 10/10 experience, will definitely be back in the future for any of my body shop needs.

My dad's Camry was hit on drivers passenger rear wheel well and door. ICBC said the job had to be started within 7 days as my mother had passed away and the ownership change to my dad. George aka James was fantastic got the claim started, had ICBC provide an excellent loaner vehicle from the nearby Enterprise car rental. Fast and efficient. More importantly, kind and thoughtful, my Dad, 90 plus now recently gave up driving a year ago, but not after accumulating a few scrapes and dings. Well James polished, touched and buffed out some of the scratches so they wouldn't rust. Awwww James.... you have a client for life and I will always recommend your shop to my friends family and colleagues.

I really appreciate James and his team for their fabulous repair. Even though the entire repaire only took a week, James kept me updated frequently. Furthermore, they did an amazing car detailing which made my day when I picked up the car!

James provided outstanding service to repair my "baby" (2018 Subaru Outback) after my careless fender bender. It is back to "new". He is so friendly and competent. James smoothly looked after every detail including dealing with the insurance agencies and arranging a rental vehicle. He even adjusted the torque on my wheel lug nuts after I mentioned that I was concerned about this after a recent wheel installation. Thanks so much James!
