Everyone from this company is very professional, friendly and always quick at returning my emails/calls. I have been with them for over two years and never had an issue. Alvin has always made sure to resolve any concerns I have had almost immediately. My fob stopped working last week and a day later I had a brand new fob waiting for me in my mailbox. I am very impressed with Birds Nest! Such a great team :)

Had a seamless experience moving into my new place in Vancouver. The customer service has been great, and they take good care of their tenants. I reported a slight drip in a tap and still received responses over the weekend. The plumber was sent in the very next day for even a small thing like that. Bird's Nest is doing property management like it is meant to be done.
