    Dealing with the company for 13 years. Excellent and honest old school service. Fixed my 350 vacuum sealer today over the phone(!) without getting charged. These old school boys from Poland are amazing and I would highly recommend them. We own a high output facility and will continue buying Berkel products because of the service we receive from them.
