  I don't usually write reviews but I had to for Pacific Laptop.
  Had a complicated issue with my PC which they narrowed down to power supply or motherboard. Tried replacing power supply but in the end, it was the motherboard.
  The owner, Artem, replaced my power supply with another power supply and they had to take the new power supply out and put my old power supply back in the computer. He didn't charge me anything!!! True to his word that if they can't fix it, they don't charge you!!
  This is a family run business by Artem and his dad. Artem is the most honest and trustworthy guy I've met in the computer repair business. Have had other experiences with other computer repair places and they find SOMETHING wrong so they can charge you when really, they didn't fix anything!
  Give Pacific Laptop a try and you will get an honest and knowledgeable experience.

  I had my PC assembled here about a year ago and it's running smooth to this day without a single issue. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and engaging, some parts were actually not compatible with others and they made sure i knew what I needed to make things work. no hidden costs, just good honest business.

  I got my phone and laptop fixed here and they did a good job on both. The tech guy was helpful and explained what happened. Good prices and even included a free virus protection.
