Nicki Clark has been absolutely phenomenal planning my trip for when covid is over. From being able to surprise my husband, having 100 emails back and forth to find my perfect place (after I asked for this extra, and that extra) Nicki was so patient, understanding, and answered my questions quickly and professionally. Even after I asked the same question 6 times ?.
She is the best travel agent I've used. I highly recommend her. ❤️

well how do i start ...my flight to Toronto was cancel at the last minute because of the airline i was flying with and the covid 19 and i always spend my summer vacation with my kids for the pass 11 yrs who live in Toronto all other flights were fine except the one i was flying with because of there base whom had a relapse so i call the flight centre to rebook my flight with 2 calls to flight centre no answer close on the 3rd call i got threw and spoke to Didac Berme JO Ras from Kitsilano who answer my call working from home and i told him what happen and he was so helpful and professional and he understood how much i needed his help to rebook my flight and how important it was to me and i just wanted to say thank you Didac very much and to let you boss know that you are the best ....thank you soooo much...your's truly ...Patrick Taplin

We over all had pretty good luck with booking with Flight Centre in the past so when we knew when we needed to fly during Covid 19 times it would be a good idea to contact them. When we called we were put into contact with Dan. We had a great experience. During such a stressful time we really needed to get these tickets confirmed and booked. In basically under an hour Dan had it all done sent over and it was processed and ready to go. Will not hesitate to book with Dan again for all our future travel.

Baraq was able to book an itinerary that no other travel agent or airline was able to do. Although my interactions with him were mostly online/over the phone, it really did seem like he did care and went above and beyond to help me. Every concern or question that I had was quickly answered or resolved over the phone or via email.
