Went to Optical outlet about 3 months ago to find a daily alternative to my expensive Tom Ford sunglasses. They helped me finding something very similar in design for only 79$.
A couple days ago, I noticed that one of the lenses popped out from the frame, maybe due to the hot temperature ( I usually leave them on the dashboard of my car)
I explained them my problem and after trying to fix them, they kindly offered me to exchange them for a new pair at no cost.
Very friendly and customer oriented!!!
I highly recommend this store.

She is a knowledgeable woman (and an awesome dresser with fashion sense - this is important when looking for the right pair of glasses that fit your unique style and highlight your features!
