Shout out to the team at Roots on 4th today who went above and beyond to help out when my friend tripped and skinned her foot! So kind and friendly and, luckily for us, had a well stocked 1st aid kit :)

I am so grateful to the Roots especially Lin Dorado who helped me until last minute of my shopping. She was very helpful and accommodating by staying past her time. I am trying to fulfill my son’s request. Roots brand is so durable and stylish that he don’t want me to miss. Lin your help is much appreciated. I am planning to come back, the store has great selections.

This is a small Roots outlet; but carry, clothes, socks, purses, etc. Always a super friendly and helpful staff.
