  If your reading these reviews and wondering if they are to good to be true as I questioned, the answer is no, THEY ARE REALLY THIS GREAT! I am in awe of thier first rate customer service. I don't know how many days and hours I spent researching pharmacies before I tried Cloud Pharmacy. Then I emailed them and asked a bunch of questions and each time I received prompt and polite replies. I placed an online order that had a software glitch on my end but with excellent customer service it was fixed and filled in 1 business day. My medication arrived a day ahead if time and it was perfect. I had a little trouble understanding the conversion so I emailed them and within 10 minutes instead if a reply email I got a phone call. Naomi answered all my questions and then some, she was such a big help. No one I know at home would ever do that. To say this pharmacy is a God send is an understatement. I plan to tell everyone and look forward to placing many more orders. Thanks ever so much for the excellent service you provide.

  Excellent customer service. My emails from Australia were responded to promptly and courteously. Pavan and Brian went out of their way to help me; my order was filled and shipped in a very timely manner. A most efficient and customer-focused online pharmacy. Highly recommended.

  Consistently great service. Amazing personal service. Staff is very helpful, and goes above and beyond to ensure you are satisfied. I had a problem communicating with them, but they took the initiative to reach out to me. (The issue was with my phone service). Nevertheless, they emailed and texted me immediately to ensure my questions were answered. Ordering online is remarkably easy. Pricing is transparent and honest. I tried a number of pharmacies in Canada, this is the best.

  I am so delighted and impressed with the service I've received at Cloud! The staff are incredibly helpful, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take care with my orders, go out of their way to fill them promptly, follow up if there's any problem, and absolutely make certain that I am satisfied. It's wonderful to be able to talk to them by phone, and they all seem to know what's going on, so I don't have to start over in providing explanations if I reach a different staff member than before. I am so glad to have discovered this excellent pharmacy!
