  My children (9yr boy & 11yr girl) have been training with Mr. Franco for 8 months. They did not want to do any martial arts when I first suggested it. However that soon changed after their first class.
  
  Mr. Franco and his staff provide a fun, safe and encouraging environment for children to learn important life skills. They are building confidence, strength and respect for others in addition to valuable self-defence techniques.
  
  Glad to have this place in our community.

  I have been training at FKP MMA for a few months now. The experience has been at 10/10. As a person in my 40s I was surprised of how quickly my strength and stamina have significantly increased in such a short time. No two classes are ever exactly the same, making it always interesting and effectively working different body parts.
  The staff is super knowledgeable, helpful, and committed to assisting every person improve. I was most impressed by the level of respect, discipline, and intensity all students, young and old, display during the classes. My only regret is not joining sooner.

  Came to FKP MMA two months ago, since day one I know I came to the right place! I love the spirit of respecting the dojo and everyone there.
