Ice Studio

I have done 3 sessions of balayage from Lana and her team , every single time they make me look amazing and feel so fabulous after I got it done , colour fade out so nice and I don’t have to keep toning it too often . All the girls here is so friendly and nice and a little cute puppy name Bailey keep me company all the time ,make my appointment went by a lot faster lol ????

I had a pretty good experience visiting Ice Studio. I showed Lana the hair colour I wanted (a photo from her instagram) and it turned out just the way I wanted it to.

However, it is true what other reviewers say in that you'll likely get your hair done by one of her assistants. I'm pretty sure I had about 4-5 different girls work on my hair all throughout my 5.5 hour appointment. Lana maybe worked on it for a total of 1 hour.

I was told it would be 4 hours to do my hair, so it kinda sucked when it dragged on for 5.5. This was definitely due to overbooking - I had to wait on the couch for about half an hour during my appointment, hair up in a towel, while a seat opened for me (which was when another appointment went to wash their hair).

I don't think that the service is overly friendly, but they weren't rude by any means. I had one girl who definitely tried her best to make conversation with me, and I appreciated that. All of the girls were really nice, including Lana, but they're just all really busy and running around so I get it.

Overall, i'd definitely go back to Lana for my hair in the future. She got the colour spot on and i'm really happy with it, two weeks later! Another reason to visit is the oh so cute resident dog, Billy!
