(May 31, 2016, 11:41 pm)The fellow on the phone was lovely to deal with and they were great about calling to let me know if they found parts and when they could come. Their fellow came to the house and after looking at my machine and testing it out advised that he would not be able to fix it, as it was the electronic, not the mechanical version of that model and parts are no longer made for my machine. He did not charge a service fee or anything, and told me who to call for my particular machine, recommending another company. Now that is what I call excellent customer service!
