  Have engaged McMedia on four occasions related to Consumer Shows with 35,000 plus attendees
  In each instance, McMedia exceeded expectations in preparing the media presentation, setup, and takedown of the overhead displays well as providing ongoing support during the show.
  Our selection of McMedia as our AV supplier was integral to our measured success

  McMedia A/V Services has been excellent in their tech know how, communication, and was very accommodating with late additions and last minute requests. They went out of their way to ensure tasks beyond their responsibilities were executed correctly. Because of their experience, they were able to quickly advise on all things production and audiovisual, which resulted in our 7 hour conference running very smoothly without hiccups.

  What can I say about these fun, professional, enthusiastic guys. They are the guys next door who will help you on a moment's notice and do everything possible to get you the piece of equipment you may be missing for your event which is supposed to start in 30 minutes. Great rates, great service. I highly recommend them for any time sensitive, confidential meeting, conference or special event. 5 stars in my books.

  I know that when I call McMedia for a job that things will get done and done right. Projection equipment is set up and ready to go when client gets here and if required, the guys will schedule time to assist the clients if need be.
