However if you live somewhere else, I live in Toronto and had purchased 2 pairs of shoes on separate occasions, the shipping cost was $50 each time. I was not thinking until I paid for the second time. The sale item I got plus the shipping was more expensive than reputable websites like Saks 5th on regular price. Except I could easily make an exchange free of charge for shipping.
Also wished they would take credit card but I had to email transfer first.
Customer service is good but I do feel a bit bitter about the highly charged shipping. I really thought most of shops offer free of charge shipping with a minimum spend such as $99. But I can’t blame on anyone because I could have chosen to make my purchase else where.
