This is the branch I opened my account about 10 years ago. Staff were always friendly and nice. Never had any issues but this is not the case anymore. Staff have changed Over the years so did customer service.

They join other banks in the area in closing their ATM vestibule overnight to avoid loitering/sleeping in their lobby. You can see where there used to be an access card slot on the outside of their front door to insert your debit card for access; maybe Vancity should put it back so customers can access their money. I ended up opening an account with Tangerine so I could use the ATM inside 7-Eleven across the street when Vancity closes theirs.

Rates and features are nothing to write home about. I bank with them moreso for their location (a block away from my house) than their product.
