(August 28, 2018, 3:58 am)Have lived here for several years. Well maintained, nice grounds. Large complex dating back to the 60s. Pools both indoor and outdoors, gym, library. Small strip mall on site, dentist, restaurant, drugstore, post office, insurance broker and others. Royal bank just left. 4 high rise towers and many 2 level buildings. A few town houses. 2 storey places slated to be torn down and replaced by towers. Underground parking and street parking. Prices good for Vancouver. On site security in evenings.
