My Technics midi hifi (with cassette and radio) the DVD/CD player stopped working, l was wondering if l should get it fixed because l don't play CDs that much. Anyway l had my system for over 15 years and it is still in good condition. I could go and buy something else for what l paid to get it fixed. Since they don't make them any more l googled for a good repair shop the reviews for Global AV made up my mind. Went to the shop you could see he has alot of old equipments so l guess he's seen all different kind brands. Mr Ho was very informative and honest. After the 3 months warranty the CD still works. Would recommend anyone who value their electronic equipments.

Great service. Took my 10 year old JBL subwoofer in for repair and Gilbert was able to repair it. It broke down again after a couple months due to other failing components and Gilbert fixed it again without charging anything for the second repair. Would take my business here again. Sub is working great.

I just returned from my second visit to Global AV, having once again dropped my Linn Classik remote, resulting in the thing popping apart and scattering the buttons and batteries everywhere. Once again Gilbert, the lovely gentleman at Global AV, managed to put it back together, immediately and without charging me. This time he applied teflon tape along the sides - "to prevent it popping apart the next time you drop it" he said, with a twinkle in his eye. That kind of customer service is rare and wonderful.

Awesome service and knowledge about product (brought sub Monitor Audio SW12)...repaired it even after first guy I took it to said it was gone completely. Definitely highly recommended.
