(July 7, 2018, 8:55 pm)The staff is amazing. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Very quick. I would say that this is the BEST location that I have experienced. The front desk staff and service tech that I dealt with and they were so amazing. I would definitely recommend this location for your next oil change and tire change. I will be telling all my friends and family. This will be my go to location from now on.
(July 3, 2018, 7:30 am)I bought a Groupon for an oil change. I called the day before and booked a time slot over the phone. When I showed up for my appointment the gentleman working at the time (who I think was the manager) said he didn't see I had an appointment booked. He told me he was sorry. When I was frustrated and told him I wanted a refund for my Groupon since I drove from Burnaby he was surprised I drove that far and was able to squeeze me in. It was just awkward that whole situation. I'm happy I was able to have the oil change but I doubt I'll be going back there.
