Supported us in finding the best products, the best time to purchase during the sales cycle and comparable products (or better ones for a better price!). When we had not provided the correct measurements for a basement closet suite washer dryer David B. our rep was outstanding and helped us turnaround and find a suitable product in a short timeline. I would highly recommend Trail.

Exceptional service!

My husband and I were renovating our home and had to purchase new appliances. We did some research online and came up with a few options that may be suitable for us.

Shirley Fong was very helpful and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what we were looking for and steered us to the direction of what we needed. We didn't feel pressured at all and had a lot of fun browsing their huge showroom! Her assistant kept us up to date throughout the months leading up to the delivery. The overall experience with Trail was exceptional from sales to delivery. We would definitely recommend Trail to our family and friends!

The delivery drivers just left my place and I had to write this immediately. I am absolutely THRILLED with my experience at Trail from start to finish. The website made it easy to find the washer I wanted, so I headed out to buy it. Chris helped me, and I was on my way in about 20 minutes from walking in the door! The delivery guys were FANTASTIC and extremely helpful - they finished a difficult installation quickly, and with friendly attitudes the whole time. I will be recommending Trail to everyone! Doug K. & Moe were extremely professional and helpful in taking our old fridge out and replacing it with the new one from Trail Appliances. Our whole family felt confident that Doug & Moe knew exactly what they were doing from start to finish. The whole process was extremely smooth, quick, and very friendly.
