  Working with Will has been fantastic. Will made my experience of buying a house and condo super easy and fun. Will's keen insights into the market, attention to details, very honest and easy going attitude - just to name a few - are qualities I value in a real estate agent. He provided his opinions while helping us form our own. Will helped me make the best decisions and I hope he will continue to help me in the future.

  I am so pleased with Will's service. He didn't mind my busy schedule to help me search for any places that matched my preference. It took me only 2 months to find my current place. He was there any steps in the process and always made sure everything was right. Sometimes I even asked so many questions and he answered all of them. Whenever I decide for another new place, I won't hesitate to call him again!

  I went through Will to buy my first condo, and as a first-time home buyer he really made the whole process easy and stress free. I felt that Will really looked out for my interests. For example, he made sure that he read over two years of strata meeting minutes for the unit I ended up purchasing before we put our offer in. I never would have thought of this. The condo I ended up purchasing was priced quite low which resulted in a bidding war. Will knew exactly what price to bid which resulted in me getting the condo I wanted at a very good price.

  I found William to be very accomadating in meeting my schedule. When I left the province he kept me informed and up-to-date daily on the process of selling my home while not physically there.
  
  He was also extremely understanding that I was also coping with the grief of losing my husband, and patiently escorted me through the details that my husband normally would have looked after.
  
  I would recommend him as a trust worthy assosicate to anyone who may be in the market of listing or purchasing a new home.
