Absolutely beautiful flowers on website. Not one photo was bad and clearly they have great taste. Lady over the phone was professional and efficient.
I had a $75 budget and sent photos from their IG for describing general scheme. I mentioned if possible would like roses and peonies, some white and will need some dusty rose and/or purples for colour. And trusted their expertise in making the modest budget work (since their orders of bouquets start at $30 I didn’t think I was asking for too much) They also don’t send you photos of what it looks like so you won’t know until the recipient sends you one but that’s pointless m. First 3 pictures are what I sent for inspo and last is the real thing.

Edit: store called back to apologize for referencing the wrong style since there was a mixup in the names in 2 orders (one me, one namesake), and sent a replacement bouquet. While it didn’t make it to the original intended recipient, I appreciate their swift response to rectify the issue and willingness to fix it. The new one is exactly how I envisioned it to be and they have my trust back and I will reorder from them in the future.

Great place. The people are so nice and I am never disappointed with the flowers. I recommend ordering ahead and paying so you can grab them without waiting in line. Works wonderful around holidays.

Bit a zoo today...but understandable for pre- Mother's Day.

Called to order a bouquet for Valentine's. The lady I spoke to on the phone was just amazing! She really took the time to understand my needs and made excellent recommendations. The end result was just fantastic as you will see in the pics. Thank you to the Flower Factory team for your beautiful and thoughtful work!
