Roberts And Brown Opticians

My husband and I have been wearing glasses for years and have always gone to one of the bigger chain stores. Recently our son was given a prescription for eyeglasses and we were recommended to go here. We went on a busy Saturday and even though there were lots of people in the store, we were given amazing service. We purchased a pair of Nano frames and something called the Junior Package. This store was eye opening for my family. My husband and I will be returning when our insurance rolls over.

I started going to Roberts and Brown 20 years ago, for myself as well as my son. Now my son takes my grandchildren there. I googled them today to get their number and was shocked at the negativity from some recent reviews. I felt compelled to chime in.

I am writing this to say that I have been referring people, first to see the owner Noel and now his daughter Sheena, for 2 decades. This small business deserves praise for their commitment to our community. I may be an old man, but i think this is the problem with online reviews. People have a perceived injustice and feel the need to slander and insult people from the safety of their keyboards.

In conclusion, I have always been shown nothing but kindness and respect at this store. And would wager the majority of rational people would agree.

Elena here was a great help in picking out a pair of Transitions Bronze Mirrored lenses and they've been awesome! The whole team here was amazing and friendly!
