I was amazed at how honest and knowledgeable Mr Mann was. He gave me so much info bed bugs. He went through every room in the house and explained what he was looking for and why. He put to rest some of the beliefs out there that are not actually true. He didn't try any fear tactics that would result in me having to pay more than what was necessary. I have experienced bedbugs in the past and it was far more dramatic experience. I don't normally write reviews, but it was worth taking the time in this case. I highly recommend Mr Mann at Avon.

Gary came to my upstairs suite, last minute, on a Saturday, during the holiday season, and did a thorough inspection due to a bedbug sighting. You can tell how much experience he has with pests, especially insects, through conversation. There was no evidence of an infestation, and he didn't capitalize on my very obvious panic and push for extra treatment - just suggested some very logical next steps. I will be going to Avon for all future pest issues, if they come up. Anyway, give them a try, heavily recommended.
