Nelcan Electric

We had emergency with the power. The power went so strong then went so weak. I couldn’t even use microwave . I called Nelcan ELectric to hope that someone could come right away. The receptionist was so kind and tried her best to send technician to my home within less than 30 mins. James was our technician. He was so professional and knowledgeable.He explained everything to us. Especially James was very honest to tell us what the problem was.Highly recommend Nelcan Electric ( especially is James)

I will never use anyone else now. Response to booking a service call was unbelievably quick. Information was requested so that the electrician would be prepared when he got to my home. My appointment was confirmed twice by email. Electrician arrived right on time. He kept me informed as he worked. Very knowledgeable and found the problems right away. I never post reviews, but the service from Nelcan was so good, I just felt I had to.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Firstly, Nelson quoted me multiple options that would work my space & budget. He was very helpful with answering my questions and clarifying where needed. The team showed up on time, a rare occurrence I have found when dealing with trades. They completed their work professionally, efficiently and with minimal disruption to our office activities. The work is exactly as expected and the team made sure to clean up before leaving. A fantastic experience and I would not hesitate in recommending Nelcan Electric in the future.

Nelson and his team are awesome! Extraordinarily professional and knowledgable. Got them to install the a few fixtures and a transfer panel to connect the portable generator. They were on time and the original quote was spot on! Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

We had a tremendous experience with Nelson and the whole Nelcan electric team. They upgraded the lighting system throughout our (large) house and did a wonderful job. They were sensitive to our families needs (e.g. being quiet when the baby was napping) and were friendly and professional. The admin team was responsive, helpful diligent. Highly recommended!
