I have never actually bought a home through Rick and his team but I have sought advice on several occasions. Each time I have taken that advice and it has proved to be the right course of action. All of my friends have used the Stonehouse Team when buying or selling property and they can't say enough about their high level of professionalism If you are buying a property I highly recommend you choose the Stonehouse Team!

These guys are great – really. Most recently we worked with Shaun on a purchase and there's no way we would have won the sale had it not been for his diligence and hard work on a very short turnaround. In addition to this, he has been extremely helpful with several matters that came up long after the sale was completed. I am so grateful that we had him as our realtor. We will DEFINITELY use him again and I would absolutely recommend him. Not only is he awesome at what he does, he's also a great person. Other members of my family have worked with Rick and Dwayne (who I've also met and liked very much) and I've only heard positive things.
