(January 13, 2019, 4:30 am)I first went to Mason's with a friend just to browse. The staff was so friendly and helpful, I returned the next week and purchased a new Baby Lock serger and made a down payment on a new sewing machine!! There are not enough superlatives to describe my experience at Mason's. Betty Johnson and the other ladies were super friendly, helpful, and made our visit a fun experience! Betty took her time with us, showed us the features of the various machines, and answered all our questions. The customer service is second to none, you just don't find that level of care and attention very often and it's made a tremendous impression on me.

(September 16, 2018, 11:51 pm)I brought in my 40-year-old Singer sewing machine for a tune-up. They did a great job, cost was reasonable and now my machine runs better than ever! They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I would not hesitate to go back.
