As someone who regularly practices breathwork, it was an enhanced experience when done in a comfortable group setting and with proper instruction/guidance. “Great little studio with a variety of yoga and fitness options. I am very new to yoga, and found the yoga instructors to be very knowledgeable and encouraging in terms of doing what feels comfortable. It is a very small studio so I have found the transition between classes to be confusing when I first arrived-- there is so much going on with people leaving and arriving in the narrow space outside the studio as well as the check in process. It can be overwhelming on your first visit. The Hot Deep Stretch and Relaxation was a great class to start fit beginners -- and gives you some time to acclimate to the heat. Though I have found that class to be regularly packed with people- so just keep that in mind and arrive early.. On my first visit I ended up behind a barrier in the studio as I was asked to move over for even more arriving people-- couldn't see the instructor and couldn't even fully do all the moves as the space was too short for my frame. Overall great classes! Definitely recommend.”
