“My favorite item is the Calpico with vanilla ice cream, and that’s the main reason I come to this place. The place is pretty small so you have to get there with time because you will wait for a while to get a table, they don’t do reservations. I think the combos are excellent options and for 1 more dollar you can get the big portion. That’s perfect for me since I never finish and I save it for dinner. The ramen is fresh and tasty.”

The only reason this doesn't get four stars is the staff here are used to poor customers due to the high volume and in turn don't make an effort to do more than just get you fed and off. Parking is available through the mall and they are at a Canada line stop up in the food court of Oakridge mall.”

“Another good location of Fresh Slice. They always have a decent selection of pizzas by the slice and the prices are quite reasonable in all locations. Admittedly they are a better price than getting a meal at McDonald's or Burger King. Not a very fair comparison as they are completely different products. I make the comparison in the sense that they are all fast food restaurants. I still like my Burgers and Fries but Freshslice is also a good choice when looking for quick good tasting food for less cost. The people at this location were courteous and filled my order very quickly which is another thing that I like about Fresh Slice. I found most of the locations to be quite consistent with decent customer service. Keep up the good work guys.”

“I don't typically review franchise restaurants but I just had to for this location. I had made a few large orders for corporate events (close by). They are always extremely kind and patient with me on the phone. I typically make orders the day before so I can focus on the event on the day of. I always tell them I need to pick up the pizza at 11:30am sharp they are always ready for me when I arrive, even when I show up early. They even lent me the pizza bags to keep the pizza hot. I really appreciate their friendly attitude, their speed of service, and always honouring the time when I need my orders. Thank you so much!”

“Great food that is high quality, fresh and tasty. It’s an amazing space for family dinners or brunches as there is a great kids menu as well as an area for them to play. It’s a bit pricier however, I think it’s worth it for the local fresh ingredients, the nice staff and the space. “I find this location to be absolutely wonderful. The staff are very courteous and seem to enjoy what they're doing. They are not slow but they also don't rush through an Order. If I ask for a suggestion they will make suggestions if I have no idea what I want. I have been going to this location for years now and there has been an owner change. However the service did not suffer from this change and continues to be a good location in my opinion. The parking can be a little frustrating at times but that is not the fault of subway. I also appreciate the shaw Wi-Fi there that I'm able to use while enjoying my meal. The restaurant is very clean and tidy. It's usually not that busy except for lunch time and then it can be quite busy and loud. When I'm in the area this is the subway I like going to.”
