  Went to exchange a defective sweater, but checked out the current sale as well. Grabbed a few sweaters to try and Olivia offered some assistance. I purchased some sweaters on sale but when it came to the exchange of the defective she made it simple and easy. She was super friendly and made no hassle of the return. She was great to deal with!

  Aritzia, the company itself is great in terms of design. Quality of some products, sometimes is questionable compared to their pricing as they overstretch easily (wool) . I noticed a big change in staff’s behaviour as I have been a long term costumer and fan of aritzia , maybe since I was 12 ! Looks like they are under so much pressure to sell to the point of losing the costumers. I got inappropriate attitudes couple of times when I decided not wanting something though i tried not to take much of their time either ! So i was really considerate and I told them I am indecisive and not sure what I am looking for. At the end it’s my money to spend and I should have the right to chose ! I feel I sometimes get too pressured to buy and they are so pushy to the point I stopped going to aritzia for a while as I don’t want to get dirty looks or be treated without respect ! Maybe they know when you are a regular costumer, they put more pressure on you to buy.
  I am sure they are doing their job but to what cost !
  Other than that, I like the styles and pricing on sales are reasonable.

  All the employees go above and beyond to help their customers and provide a wonderful shopping experience. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Delaney and she was an absolute doll! Thank you for everything!

  I've been in twice recently, and both times I've been given great customer service. Delaney was actually there to help me out both times. She offered amazing style advice and suggestions!! Love her and will continue to come back to this location in hopes she'll be there to help me out again.
