    I loved my experience with EMS training @fitintime. In only 20 minutes I get tired, sore and feel like I got a great workout in!! Its a best way to tone muscles and reduce cellulites! Thank you @ Afshin and the great staff for outlining an exercise program just for me and inspiring me to achieve my goals.

    I have been attending Fit in Time for over 3 months and I can honestly say that my body image and physical health has changed dramatically. The personal trainers have custom made my training exercises that would allow me to receive the maximum benefits from this program. I am also so very pleased how accommodating they have been to my schedule of time especially since time is of an issue for me.

    These people know what they are doing. I loved my first training session with the most amazing and funny guys. Now I can say every penny that I spend on this will worth it???? I’ll continue my sessions with them and for sure will ask my friends to take a chance and try this wonderful training❤️

    Amazing personality, the studio was super neat and fancy !
    The instructor is very knowledgeable..
    I have back problems as well as neck pain and he helped me to overcome those pains and also loose weight, and gain muscles!

    The workout is awsome and unbelievably easy
    I recommend everyone to go and try them out!
