The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I was informed of what was being done the whole time. He did everything necessary to get all the info he needs to proceed. I feel very confident in his expertise.

Dr. Long and his staff are welcoming and always ready to answer your questions..They explain each procedure clearly and make sure you understand. I am impressed with Dr. Long's in depth study of exactly the best procedure, while, also giving you options on your particular care.

Where do I start? I met with Dr Long about a year ago and let’s be honest, I had a lot of work that needed to be addressed. I must admit that now that the heavy work has started, I’m impressed. Dr Long and his team are everything I was expecting; friendly, caring and very professional. His assistant is wonderful and make me feel comfortable every time I visit the clinic. Going to the dentist can sometimes be intimidating, but she is there for you. Her friendly and bubbly personality is what you need to feel comfortable and at ease before any procedures. It seems like not only Dr Long is amazing at his job, it he is also great at hiring and surrounding himself with a great group of professionals. Every single staff member that worked on me (i.e.: prepped me, took x-rays, took impressions, etc.) was well versed on my case which made me feel very good. Dr Long knows how important fixing my teeth is for me. I know that him and his team make me feel cared for.

On a different note, even though I probably pay a little more than I should, I am beyond happy/satisfied with my decision. Fixing teeth isn't like getting a haircut or shaving. Teeth don’t grow back. This is work I will have in my mouth for the rest of my life and I am sure that Dr long is working hard of getting it done perfectly! Do not hesitate to book him, you won’t be disappointed.

Friendly, courteous, efficient staff, from the front desk personnel, to those assisting Dr. Long as he performs his "magic"! Each step of your treatment is explained, all and any concerns or questions are addressed/answered in an informative and reassuring manner. Am very pleased with my experience to date, and very confident going forward in my implant "journey" that I'm receiving the most excellent care.

This is my first experience with implants. My dentist, who as treated me for 19 years, referred me to Dr Long and I found this consultation and preparation session very positive. I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff and found myself in the chair expeditiously. Dr Long patiently explained what would be involved and outlined my options clearly. The very high tech imaging, photos, etc. were handled expertly and with great patience. My implant procedure was scheduled for an early date and I am confident that it will proceed successfully -- I am certainly looking forward to it.
