(July 22, 2019, 2:26 am)The Iconic White Rock IHOP. Been here more times than I can count. Staff is usually good. Food is usually average but still tasty enough when need be. I do like IHOP trying different things with their Pancakes and all. Recommended!

(June 22, 2019, 2:35 am)All IHOP Restaurants are pretty well the same, the food is good, but not exceptional, good value for your money. What sets this IHOP apart from all the others is the staff. The staff at this IHOP are friendly, courteous and professional, they genuinely want you to come back. I only get to this location once or twice a year and I am never disappointed with the service or the food.
If you are in the White Rock/South Surrey area and looking for a good place to eat, a decent cup of coffee and staff that will make you feel welcome you should try this place.
