We were on vacation passing through Grand Forks, BC Our VW van was making awful squealing sounds and we weren't sure what was wrong. Peter squeezed us in without hesitation. He immediately diagnosed it was the alternator belt. We purchased a new one and he installed it right away. We asked what we owed for this repair and he said he wouldn't charge us and wished us a good rest of our vacation. We are definitely appreciative of Peter and the team at Integra Tire in Grand Forks! Thanks for helping us enjoy our precious time off!

Driving to the Kootenays on Canada Day, we realized we had a flat tire on our trailer. We had a spare that we used, but it was pretty wonky so we decided we needed a couple more tires for peace of mind.

Checked online, Integratire was the only tire shop open on the holiday. I called ahead, got really professional customer service, and upon arrival they had the size we needed, and were able to set us up with some new tires super quickly.
