We hired Duke to inspect a house we wanted to buy and we were more than pleased with his services! He saved us many thousands of dollars by uncovering major issues that would go unnoticed to the untrained eye. I was blown away by how thorough Duke's inspection was. His report was detailed and explained everything in layman's terms, and it featured plenty of photos of each issue. We received all the info we needed, and more, to make an informed decision.
