Great service

Soo so they didn't have alot in stock !

I have been buying my pet food at Total PF each month during my winter stay in GF because my thoroughbred dog deserves quality dog food. I recently had a concern about one of the ingredients having changed in some way that may have upset my pet's stomach. Other pet stores over the many years I have had pets have gone on the defensive in such a situation and some have lost my business as a result. Total Pet Foods did the opposite. They accepted my concerns as valid ones and have investigated the product to see if there had indeed been changes to the ingredients.They stand by what they sell and go the extra mile. In the meantime I have been given a replacement product and the peace of mind this brought. I could ask for no more from a pet store and can give it my 100% recommendation and trust.

Well stocked pet store! Staff were very friendly and happy to welcome my puppy to the store. Nice selection of toys too

I love the staff here! They are very helpful and friendly 100% They have gone out of their way to help me find a product and order larger then normal amounts so I am stock up before winter comes. Always love the welcoming smiles when you go in!
