Bean Scene Coffee Works

I've been to Bean Scene twice and both times I have found the service to be slow. I understand that they have only one barista working and that quality coffee takes time, I'm ready to wait for a quality cup. However, when the drink is only lukewarm I am disappointed, especially after paying over $15 for two drinks and a pastry.

I will give them one more chance before I take my caffeine urges to another coffee vendor on the mountain.

Coffee is good, service is not.
The last two mornings I came in and ordered 6 drinks. There is a young man who was working by himself both mornings. I think he's the owner, and he's just bitter and refused to make a gusto decaf mocha because it requires 4 shots and it's too busy. He tried to talk us out of gusto Americanos the other morning as well. Not the best approach to business or customers. I will be taking my business elsewhere where they actually want customers.

Killer coffee made by some real gems. Although some people just cant be pleased, the baristas seem to always do what they can to elevate your experience. From timeless classics being played from a great collection of records to the warm and welcoming space to get the boots on and ride out with a smile.

Did I mention the chocolate lab that pops by from time to time and loves everything/ everyone around.... Jacksonnnn!
