Dave was superb, he dealt with patience and care with all my requests and back and forth and changing requirements. The lanyards produced are great, we use them primarily for our volunteer team. I found the prices very reasonable - yeah you just might get a teeny bit cheaper somewhere else, but you'd sacrifice the customer service and real attention to detail. (I know, I looked around a lot.) I needed to know and trust they would turn out exactly as we wished. They did, we are very happy & will use Pinsncrests again.
