(January 18, 2013, 4:31 pm)My interaction with BC Comfort was wonderful. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient at getting the job done. The person I spoke with to set up the service was friendly. They were accurate on when they said they were going to be at our office to complete the service and not leave me to wonder if they were actually going to come by (like other companies I have dealt with in the past). When the technician notified me that there was a motor to be replaced, they gave me an approximate price for replacement and gave me a date of when they could return to install.
Thank you BC Comfort, we are enjoying our heat again!
(January 17, 2013, 10:07 pm)I have had lots of experience with other "more cost effective" HVAC contractors.
They left me iwth angry tenants, unfulfilled promises & lots of voicemail adventures.
I gave BC Comfort a try and they came when they said they would, did what needed to be done and now maintain the system so it keeps working.
what a concept !!
